Abstract
The Creative Pieces of Epic Threads: Volume II invite us to encounter the ancient and medieval worlds through imagination. Across short fiction, poetry, and visual art, the works that follow approach the past from remarkably different perspectives—giving interior lives to historical figures, reimagining familiar myths, transforming ancient literary traditions, and finding new possibilities in the material and visual cultures that survive.
