Continuation

We are pleased to announce that the Journal of Water Economics (JWE) officially launches on 1 November 2025. This new open-access journal is the continuation of Water Resources and Economics, with the same editorial board and the same focus on high-quality research in water economics. From 1 November, all submissions will be handled through this new platform. We expect the first issue of JWE to be published in January 2026. Our aim is to ensure a smooth transition and to continue serving as the main outlet for research in water economics.
