Abstract

Cinema is not just art and entertainment," said Polish director Andrzej Wajda in dialogue with German colleague Volker Schlöndorff during a program scheduled at the American Academy in Berlin. "Cinema also has a social, moral, philosophical function. This is often forgotten today."
