Submission of the paper is taken to mean that it contains original work that has not been published previously and that it is not considered simultaneously for publication elsewhere. If related work has been submitted elsewhere, the author(s) should provide the editor with details.

Upon submission, the paper is allocated to one of the editors. The editor in charge is responsible for all stages of the refereeing process and for the final decision.

SUBMISSION FORMAT

The paper must be written in English. The submission format is PDF or MSWord. 

The first page should include:

- the title, name(s) and complete affiliation(s) of the author(s),

- abstract of no more than 200 words,

- the name and address, including the telephone and fax numbers, of the corresponding author,

- Journal of Economic Literature classification numbers. They can be obtained here,

- up to 10 keywords,

- a footnote with acknowledgements. It should not be included in the numbering of footnotes.

Footnotes should be numbered consecutively with superscript Arabic numeral at the bottom of each page. Excessive footnotes should be avoided.

Sections of the text should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals. Subsections, if numbered, should be consecutive, i.e. 2.1, 2.2, ...

Formulae should be numbered consecutively on the right hand of the page as follows: (1), (2)... 

Tables should be numbered consecutively in the order they are referred to in the text. Each table should include a brief descriptive title. Tables should be included in the text, not at the end of the paper. The authors should make sure that the size of the font in tables is similar to the size of text font.

Figures should be numbered consecutively in the order they are referred to in the text. Each figure should include a brief descriptive title. Figure should be included in the text, not at the end of the paper. Authors should make sure that the size of font in figures is readable, preferably similar to the size of the text.

The order of the paper is text, followed by appendix and references.

REFERENCES

Authors should make sure that reference list is complete and that every referenced work is cited in the paper.  Citations in text should be as follows: "As Friedman (1956) points out"; "(earlier shown by Johnson, 2004)". Initials may be used when ambiguous. For articles with more than two co-authors, use first author's name followed by "et al.": "Recently, Cahuc et al. (2006) have considered" 

When the paper is accepted, the references should be formatted as follows.

References should be placed at the end of the paper, double spaced. They should be ordered alphabetically by the first author, then by the second author etc., then chronologically. References for multiple papers by the same author(s) in a single year should be distinguished by letters following the year (e.g. 2006a, 2006b).
